a. What is malnutrition?
Answer 👉 Malnutrition is a condition where the body does not get the required amount of nutrients like carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, and minerals.
b. What types of food should we eat to be protected from night blindness?
Answer 👉 To be protected from night blindness, we should eat foods that contain vitamin A like green vegetables, ripe fruits, carrots, pumpkin, stinging nettle, milk, ghee, fish, liver, etc.
c. Write any five ways to be prevented from malnutrition.
Answer 👉 Five ways to be prevented from malnutrition are:
- Eating a balanced diet containing carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, and minerals.
- Eating fresh fruits and vegetables, and avoiding junk food.
- Drinking enough water to keep the body hydrated.

- Getting vaccinated against communicable diseases.
