हाम्रा पहिचान (Our Identities)
१. हाम्रो पहिचान के के हुन् ? पहिचानको महत्त्व उल्लेख गर्नुहोस् ।
Answer👉 राष्ट्रिय पहिचान, जातीय पहिचान, भाषिक पहिचान, धार्मिक पहिचान, लैङ्गिक पहिचान र अपाङ्गता आदि हाम्रा पहिचान हुन् । पहिचानको महत्त्वलाई निम्न बुँदाका आधारमा प्रष्ट पार्न सकिन्छ :-
- पहिचानले अधिकार प्राप्ति, समावेशिता र सामाजिकीकरणमा मदत पुऱ्याउँछ ।
- अनुशासनमा रहन उत्प्रेरित गर्छ ।
- यसले राष्ट्रलाई विश्वसामु चिनाउने काम गर्छ साथै राष्ट्रप्रति श्रद्धाभाव जागरण गर्दछ ।
- यो स्वयम्लाई चिनाउने र जीवन जिउने आधार हो ।
- कर्तव्य बोध गराउँछ ।
- आफ्नो मौलिक कला, संस्कृति र धर्मको संरक्षण तथा प्रवर्धन गर्दै यसको निरन्तरता र संरक्षण गर्न मार्ग प्रशस्त गर्दछ ।

२. "पहिचान आफूलाई चिनाउने आधार हो ।" उदाहरणसहित प्रष्ट पार्नुहोस् ।
Answer👉 पहिचान भनेको व्यक्ति वा समूहलाई परिभाषित गर्ने विशेषता र | विशेषताहरूको समूह हो । यसले सांस्कृतिक पृष्ठभूमि, विश्वास, मान, रुचि, अनुभव, र व्यक्तिगत विशेषताहरू जस्ता विभिन्न कारकहरू समावेश गर्दछ । उदाहरणका लागि, व्यक्तिको सांस्कृतिक पहिचानले उनीहरूले आफूलाई कसरी चिन्ने भन्नेमा महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्छ । एक विशिष्ट जातीय समूहमा हुर्केका व्यक्तिले त्यस समूहको सांस्कृतिक परम्परा, मूल्यमान्यता र विश्वासहरूसँग दृढतापूर्वक पहिचान गर्न सक्छ। । कुनै पनि व्यक्तिले आफूलाई चिनाउन यी र यस्तै विभिन्न आधारको प्रयोग गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । तसर्थ हामी के भन्न सक्छौं भने पहिचान आफूलाई चिनाउने आधार हो ।
३. यौनिक तथा लैङ्गिक अल्पसङ्ख्यकको पहिचान र सम्मानका लागि के गर्नुपर्दछ ? आफ्ना धारणा प्रस्तुत गर्नुहोस् ।
Answer👉 यौनिक तथा लैङ्गिक अल्पसङ्ख्यकको पहिचान र सम्मानका लागि हामी सबै सचेत हुनु आवश्यक छ । महिला, पुरुष भने जस्तै उनीहरूलाई पनि सामान्य व्यवहारको जरुरत भएकाले यससम्बन्धी चेतनामूलक कार्यक्रम गर्नु आवश्यक छ । त्यस्तै उनीहरूलाई हेप्ने, गिज्याउने काम बन्द गरी सो कार्य गर्नेलाई सजायको व्यवस्था हुनु जरुरी छ । उनीहरूका लागि पनि आरक्षणको व्यवस्था गरी कार्यान्वयन गर्नु उनीहरूलाई पहिचान र सम्मान दिने अर्को पक्ष हुनसक्छ ।
४. अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिको पहिचान र अवसर वृद्धि गर्न तपाइँ रहेको स्थानको स्थानीय सरकारले के कस्ता कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्दै आएको छ ? खोजी गरी प्रस्तुत गर्नुहोस् ।
Answer👉 अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिको पहिचान र अवसर वृद्धि गर्न म रहेको स्थानको स्थानीय सरकारले गरेका केही कार्यक्रम यसप्रकार छन् :-
- सबै सामुदायिक विद्यालयमा निःशुल्क शिक्षाको व्यवस्था
- अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिलाई हवील चेयर वितरण कार्यक्रम
- क्षमता र शारीरिक अवस्थाका आधारमा सिपमूलक तालिमको व्यवस्था ।

(Our Identities)
1. What is our identity? Mention the importance of identity.
Answer👉 National identity, ethnic identity, linguistic identity, religious identity, gender identity and disability etc. are our identities. The importance of identity can be explained on the basis of the following points:-
Identity helps in empowerment, inclusion and socialization.
Encourages discipline.
It makes the nation known to the world and instills respect for the nation.
It is the basis of knowing oneself and living life.
Makes sense of duty.
By protecting and promoting their original art, culture and religion, it paves the way for its continuation and protection.
2. "Identity is the basis of self-identification." Explain with examples.
Answer👉 Identity is a characteristic that defines a person or group and | is a set of characteristics. It includes various factors such as cultural background, beliefs, values, interests, experiences, and personal characteristics. For example, a person's cultural identity plays an important role in how they identify themselves. A person raised in a particular ethnic group may identify strongly with that group's cultural traditions, values, and beliefs. . Any person has to use these and other similar bases to identify himself. So what we can say is that identity is the basis of identifying oneself.
3. What should be done for recognition and respect of sexual and gender minorities? Present your views.
Answer👉 We all need to be aware of the recognition and respect of sexual and gender minorities. Just like women and men, they also need normal behavior, so it is necessary to conduct an awareness program about this. Similarly, it is necessary to stop harassing and harassing them and punish those who do that. Arranging and implementing reservation for them can be another aspect of giving them recognition and respect.
4. What kind of programs is being conducted by the local government of your place to increase the recognition and opportunities of people with disabilities? Search and present.
