१. लोकगीत भनेको के हो ?
Answer👉 लोकगीत भनेको हो जसले लोक संस्कृति, जनजातीयता र जनसंख्या भूगोलका साथै जुडिएका लोक जीवनका विभिन्न पहलुहरूलाई व्यक्त गर्दछ। यसले परम्परागत रूपमा बजाएका साधारण साधन जस्तै धुन, गीत, बोली र तालमा निहित हुन्छ। लोकगीतहरूले आफ्नो स्थानीय भाषा, संस्कृति, तथा जीवनशैलीलाई प्रतिष्ठान दिने विशेषताहरू छन्। यी गीतहरू आमतौरमा जनसाधारणका मध्ये सुनिएका, गाइएका, र बजाएका हुन्छन् र सामुदायिक आयोजनहरू, उत्सव तथा धार्मिक कार्यक्रमहरूमा पनि प्रयोग भइरहेका छन्।

२. पालम, तामाङ सेलो र तिजको गीतको छोटो परिचय दिनुहोस् ।
Answer👉 पालम गीत भनेको नेपालको पूर्वी भेगमा प्रचलित लोकगीत हो। यस गीतलाई पूर्वी पहाडका लिम्बु जातिले गाउँछन्। यो धाननाचमा जुहारीका रूपमा गाइन्छ। यसले पालमको स्थानीय भाषा, संस्कृति र जीवनशैलीलाई प्रतिष्ठान दिने विशेषताहरू सहित छ। पालम गीत आमतौरमा धाननाचमा रोप्ने, निहार्ने र पाल्ने कार्यक्रमहरूमा सजिलै प्रयोग भइरहेका छन्। उदाहरण :
सिङ्घाओ थुङ्वे कक्मा फाग
मिन्छागेन आनी याम्मी साग ।
तामाङ सेलो : नेपालको मध्य पहाडी क्षेत्रमा तामाङ जातिमा प्रचलित गीत तामाङ सेलो हो। यो गीत वाग्मती प्रदेशका विभिन्न जिल्लामा प्रचलित भए पनि, हालै यसले नेपालभरि प्रचलित छ। तामाङ सेलोलाई अहिले नेपाली भाषामा समेत गाइने प्रचलन बढ्दो छ। यसको लोकप्रियता झनै बढेको छ। तामाङ सेलोले तामाङ जातिका सांस्कृतिक अधिकारहरूलाई प्रतिष्ठान दिने गरेको छ र यसले सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक, धार्मिक तथा साहित्यिक पहिचानको रूपमा महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाउँछ।

घोर्की स्याउरी ग्यालमरी
गेला टुक्रा सारी ।
तिज गीत : यो लोकगीत पर्वगीतअन्तर्गत पर्दछ । महिलाहरूको महान् पर्व तिजका अवसरमा यो गीत गाउने गरिन्छ । महिलाले मात्र गाउने प्रचलन रहेकोमा अहिले आएर पुरुषहरूले पनि तिज गीत गाउन थालेका छन् । उदाहरण :
तिजको वेलामा सबै जान्छन् माइत
आफ्नो माइती मुग्लान पारी छैन साइत ।
३. “लोकगीत हाम्रो मौलिक पहिचान हो ।" यस भनाइलाई उदाहरणसहित प्रष्ट पार्नुहोस् ।
Answer👉 हाम्रा भिरपाखा, पहरा, भन्ज्याङ, चौतारी, मैदानी गरा एवम् आलीमा मेलापर्व तथा उत्सवमा गाइने लोकगीतको आफ्नै महत्त्व र सान्दर्भिकता रहेको छ । यी हाम्रा जीवन्त सम्पदा हुन् अनि लोकसंस्कृतिको अभिन्न अङ्ग पनि हुन् । यो समुदायको गीत पनि हो । यसको सर्जक समुदाय हो । यसले मनोरञ्जन मात्रै प्रदान गरेको छैन सामाजिक एकता कायम राख्नसमेत सहयोग गरेको छ । पुस्तान्तरणका माध्यमबाट लोकगीत आजसम्म जीवित बनेको हो । तसर्थ लोकगीत हाम्रो मौलिक पहिचान हो, चिनारी हो ।
४. नेपाली लोकगीतको संरक्षणमा तपाईँको भूमिका उल्लेख गर्नुहोस् ।
Answer👉 नेपाली लोकगीतको संरक्षणमा मेरो भूमिका
- लोकगीतको महत्त्व सम्बन्धमा जनचेतना जगाउने, युवावर्गमा यसको आवश्यकता बोध गराउने
- लोकगीतसम्बन्धी कार्यक्रममा सक्रिय सहभागिता जनाउने
- नियमित लोकगीत सुन्ने र यसका सर्जकलाई हौसला बढाउने
- सबै प्रकारका र भाषाका लोकगीतलाई समान रूपमा लिई सम्मान गर्ने
- स्थानीय क्षेत्रका लोकगीत खोजी गरी संरक्षण गर्ने, गितार संस्कृति होइन सारङ्गी संस्कृतिको निर्माण गर्ने ।
परियोजना कार्य
तपाईँको स्थानीय तहमा प्रचलित लोकगीतको खोजी गर्नुहोस्, ती गीत कुन कुन जाति समुदायसँग सम्बन्धित रहेका छन् ? कुन कुन अवसरमा गाउने गरिन्छन् ? ती गीत संरक्षणका उपायहरूसमेत समेटी प्रतिवेदन तयार गर्नुहोस् ।

1. What is folk song?
Answer👉 A folk song is one that expresses various aspects of folk life associated with folk culture, ethnicity and population geography. It consists of simple instruments played traditionally such as tunes, songs, speech and rhythm. Folk songs have characteristics that give foundation to their local language, culture, and lifestyle. These songs are usually heard, sung, and played among the masses and are also being used in community events, festivals, and religious events.
2. Give a brief introduction to Palam, Tamang cello and Tej's songs.
Answer👉 Palam Geet is a popular folk song in the eastern part of Nepal. This song is sung by the Limbu tribe of the eastern hills. It is sung as Juhari in Dhannach. It has features that give foundation to the local language, culture and lifestyle of Palam. Palam Geet is commonly used in Dhannach for planting, tending and rearing events. Example:

Minhaagen ani yammi saag.
Tamang cello: Tamang cello is a popular song among the Tamang tribe in the central hilly region of Nepal. Although this song is popular in different districts of Wagmati province, recently it has become popular all over Nepal. Tamang cello is now being sung in Nepali language as well. Its popularity has increased even more. The Tamang Selo gives foundation to the cultural rights of the Tamang people and plays an important role as a social, cultural, religious and literary identity.

Tij Geet: This folk song belongs to Parva Geet. This song is sung on the occasion of Tij, the great festival of women. There is a tradition of singing only by women, but now men have also started singing this song. Example:

3. “Folk songs are our basic identity.” Explain this statement with examples.
Answer👉 Folk songs sung in our Bhirpakha, Pahara, Bhanjyang, Chautari, Maidani Gara and Aali have their own importance and relevance. These are our living heritage and are also an integral part of folk culture. It is also a community song. Its initiator is the community. It not only provided entertainment but also helped to maintain social unity. Folk songs have survived until today through transmission. Therefore, folklore is our original identity, our identity.
4. Mention your role in the preservation of Nepali folk songs.
Answer👉 My role in the preservation of Nepali folk song
To raise public awareness about the importance of folk songs, to make the youth aware of its need
Active participation in folk song programs
Listening to folk songs regularly and cheering up its creators
