१. विकास आयोजना भनेको के हो ?
Answer👉 विकास आयोजना विशेष समयावधिमा पूर्ण गरिने गरी विभिन्न उद्देश्यहरूको साथमा साधनहरू र स्रोतहरूको उपयोग गरेर सुव्यवस्थित तवरबाट सञ्चालित विकासका कार्यक्रमहरू हुन्।
२. कस्ता आयोजनालाई राष्ट्रिय गौरवका आयोजना भनिन्छ ?
Answer👉 राष्ट्रलाई पहिचान दिलाउने र देशका अधिकांश जनता लाभान्वित हुने आयोजना प्रदेश वा स्थानीय स्तरबाट सञ्चालन हुन नसक्ने हुँदा यस्ता आयोजना राष्ट्रिय स्तरबाट सञ्चालित हुन्छन् । यस्ता आयोजनाहरूका लागि बढी स्रोत, साधन र लगानीको आवश्यकता पर्छ । यस्ता आयोजनाहरूलाई नै राष्ट्रिय गौरवका आयोजना भनिन्छ । यस्ता आयोजना नेपाल सरकारले घोषणा गर्ने गर्दछ ।

३. राष्ट्रिय गौरवका आयोजना किन महत्त्वपूर्ण मानिन्छन् ?
Answer👉 राष्ट्रिय गौरवका आयोजना महत्त्वपूर्ण मानिनुका कारण निम्न छन् :-
पूर्वाधारको विकास हुने
दिगो विकासको आधार तय हुने
प्राकृतिक सम्पदाको संरक्षण र सम्वर्धन हुने
रोजगारीमा वृद्धि हुने
धेरै जनतालाई लाभ पुग्ने
पर्यटकीय क्षेत्रको विस्तार ।
४. नेपालमा तोकिएको समयमा विकास आयोजना सम्पन्न गर्न कुन कुन पक्षमा ध्यान दिनुपर्ला ?
Answer👉 नेपालमा तोकिएको समयमा विकास आयोजना सम्पन्न गर्न निम्न पक्षमा ध्यान दिनुपर्ला :-
- स्थिर सरकार
- जनताको अपेक्षा सम्बोधन
- आर्थिक लगानी
- स्रोत, साधन र जनशक्तिको उपलब्धता
- सुशासन र भ्रष्टाचार नियन्त्रण ।
५. हुलाकी लोकमार्गले पुऱ्याउने फाइदाको विवेचना गर्नुहोस् ।
Answer👉 नेपालमा राष्ट्रिय गौरवका आयोजनाहरूको संख्या राष्ट्रिय योजना आयोगको अनुसार २४ प्रतिष्ठित छन्। यी आयोजनाहरूमध्ये एक महत्त्वपूर्ण आयोजना हुन्छ, जुन मुख्यतया लोकमार्गको रूपमा जाने छ। वर्ष २०६८, २०६९ देखि यो आयोजना राष्ट्रिय गौरवको रूपमा कार्यान्वयनमा रहेको आयोजना हो। यस आयोजनाको समाप्तिसम्म लगभग १८०० किलोमिटरको सडक र २१९ पुलको निर्माण हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ, जसले तराईका २० जिल्लाहरूलाई समावेश गर्दछ।
नेपालको पूर्व पश्चिम भागमा तराई मधेशमा यातायातको सुगम पहुँच विस्तार गर्ने यस आयोजनाको मुख्य लक्ष्य हो। यो आयोजना झापा देखि पश्चिममा कञ्चनपुरसम्मका भूभागहरूलाई जोड्ने छ। पूर्व पश्चिममा महेन्द्र राजमार्गको समानान्तर बनाई यो राजमार्ग निर्माण गरिनेछ। यो लोकमार्गले यस क्षेत्रका जनतालाई यातायातको सुगम पहुँच प्रदान गर्नेछ। त्यससँगै, यस क्षेत्रमा उत्पादित हुने कृषि उपजलाई बजारमा पुगाउने माध्यम सहयोग गर्नेछ। महेन्द्र राजमार्गको निर्भरता हटाउँदै दक्षिणी भागका जनतालाई आवतजावतमा कम दूरी प्रदान गर्नेछ। यसले बजार क्षेत्रको विस्तार र विकासमा सहयोग पुगाउनेछ र रोजगार र स्वरोगारका क्षेत्रमा वृद्धि हुनेछ।
यसप्रकार हुलाकी लोकमार्ग निर्माण आयोजना सम्पन्न भएपश्चात् त्यस क्षेत्रका जनताको यातायातमा सहज पहुँच अभिवृद्धि भई सामाजिक, आर्थिक र सांस्कृतिक विकासमा योगदान पुग्ने छ ।
सामुदायिक कार्य
तपाईँको समुदायमा सञ्चालित कुनै एक विकास आयोजनाको अवलोकन गर्नुहोस् र सो आयोजनाका सम्बन्धमा सम्बद्ध व्यक्तिसँग छलफल गरी निम्नलिखिन बुँदालाई आधार मानी प्राप्त विवरण प्रस्तुत गर्नुहोस् :

(1) आयोजनाको नाम चन्द्रपुर ढल तथा सडक निर्माण आयोजना
(2) आयोजना सञ्चालनको उद्देश्य : चन्द्रपुर क्षेत्रमा ढल निकासको उचित प्रबन्ध गर्ने तथा सडकको स्तर उन्नति गर्ने
(3) प्रारम्भ हुने मिति र सम्पन्न हुने मिति : २०७७ २०७८ मा प्रारम्भ भई २०८० २०८१ सम्ममा निर्माण सम्पन्न हुने

1. What is a development project?
Answer👉 Development projects are development programs conducted in a well-organized manner using tools and resources with various objectives to be completed in a specific period of time.
2. What projects are called projects of national pride?
Answer👉 Since the projects that bring identity to the nation and benefit the majority of the people of the country cannot be conducted at the provincial or local level, such projects are conducted at the national level. More resources, means and investment are needed for such projects. Such projects are called projects of national pride. Such projects are announced by the Government of Nepal.
3. Why are projects of national pride considered important?
Answer👉 The following are the reasons why projects of national pride are considered important:-
Development of infrastructure
Establishing the basis of sustainable development
Conservation and promotion of natural resources
Increase in employment
benefiting many people
Expansion of the tourist area.
4. Which aspects should be paid attention to in order to complete the development project in Nepal within the stipulated time?
Answer👉 In order to complete the development project within the stipulated time in Nepal, attention should be paid to the following aspects:-
stable government
Addressing people's expectations
Financial investment
Availability of resources, tools and manpower
Good governance and corruption control.
5. Consider the advantages of postal delivery by road.
Answer👉 According to the National Planning Commission, the number of projects of national pride in Nepal is 24 prestigious. Among these projects is an important project, which is mainly known as Lokmarg. Since the year 2068, 2069, this project is being implemented as a national pride project. About 1,800 km of roads and 219 bridges are expected to be constructed by the completion of this project, covering 20 districts of the Terai.
The main goal of this project is to expand the easy access of transport to the Terai Madhesh in the east-west part of Nepal. This project will connect the areas from Jhapa to Kanchanpur in the west. This highway will be constructed parallel to the Mahendra Highway in the east and west. This Lokmarg will provide easy access to transport to the people of the region. Along with this, it will help the agricultural produce produced in the region to reach the market. By removing the dependency on the Mahendra Highway, it will provide less commuting distance to the people of the southern part. This will help in the expansion and development of the market sector and increase the employment and self-employment sector.
In this way, after the completion of the Hulaki Lokmarg construction project, the people of that area will have easy access to transportation and will contribute to social, economic and cultural development.
